Working with the team on this project was a fantastic experience, and I’d happily recommend them to anyone considering a build or development.
This was a property I built to sell, and as my first development it could easily have been a stressful process, particularly as I was managing everything from overseas. However, the team made the entire experience feel straightforward and well controlled from start to finish.
Communication throughout the build was excellent. Nick, Danielle and Ashleigh provided regular updates, including weekly photos and progress reports, which meant I always felt informed and confident about how things were progressing. Even from the other side of the world, I always felt completely comfortable that the project was in good hands.
They also did a great job managing the project overall — the build stayed within budget, any issues that arose were dealt with quickly and professionally, and the project was completed ahead of schedule. Their input on design decisions and the sales process was also extremely valuable.
The end result speaks for itself. The finished property achieved a sale price at the top end of the range I was hoping for and received two offers, which is a real credit to the quality of the build and the effort the whole team put into the project.
It’s been a pleasure working with them and I’d absolutely work with the team again on future developments.
